The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) has communicated to providers in a memorandum dated May 14th that DCH is preparing to make final payments for the State Fiscal Year 2018 Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) program. Gross payments, intergovernmental transfer amounts, and related documents are included with the memorandum. This information is posted on DCH’s website at www.dch.georgia.gov. - Letter of Agreement if not previously submitted, Notices of Intent to Transfer, and any change in banking information are due Monday, May 21, 2018.
- Intergovernmental transfers are due by noon on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 (no exceptions will be granted).
- Payments will be issued on Friday, June 8, 2018.
Hospitals will receive a separate notice regarding repayment of excess interim payments over final payment amounts, if applicable.
