In a memorandum dated December 14, 2015, from John Upchurch, the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) communicated the process of the State Fiscal Year 2016 Nursing Home Upper Payment Limit (UPL) payments for the 1st through 2nd quarters. The transfer amounts and gross nursing home UPL funds were attached to the memorandum sent to each provider.

- Notices of Intent to Transfer and any change in banking information are due Monday, December 28, 2015.
- Intergovernmental transfers are due by noon on Friday, January 8, 2016.
- Payments will be issued on Friday, January 15, 2016.
