In a memorandum dated April 9, 2015, from John Upchurch, the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) communicated the process of the State Fiscal Year 2015 Nursing Home Upper Payment Limit (UPL) payments for the 1st through 3rd quarters. The transfer amounts and gross nursing home UPL funds were attached to the memorandum.

- Notices of Intent to Transfer and any change in banking information are due Wednesday, April 15, 2015.
- Intergovernmental transfers are due by noon on Monday, April 20, 2015.
- Payments will be issued on Monday, April 27, 2015.
