The Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) has communicated the process of the revised SFY 2019 hospital inpatient UPL payments. Payments and intergovernmental transfer amounts were provided with the notice and will be posted at https://dch.georgia.gov/. The timetable for these payments is listed below.
Notice of Intent to Transfer is due Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
Intergovernmental transfers and Tier 2 provider fees are due by noon on Friday, April 3, 2020 (no exceptions will be granted).
Payments will be issued on Friday, April 10, 2020, to critical access hospitals. Payments to all other hospitals will depend on receipt of the intergovernmental transfer.
