Justin is a Director in Draffin Tucker’s Outsourced Accounting service group in Albany, Ga., where he is responsible for leading accounting service engagements for small to medium size businesses, as well as leading advisory teams in support of client outsourcing initiatives. He is also responsible for coordinating, assisting and leading the development of initial assessments, project plans, vendor selections, financial modeling, proposal preparation, contract negotiations and post selection administrative actions.

Prior to this role, Justin worked for seven years in the firm’s healthcare department. He has experience with audit, review and compilation services, as well as reimbursement, and tax return preparation and review.

Justin and his wife, Stevie, live in Albany with their son, Hampton, and daughter, Savannah. When not in the office, he enjoys going on family trips, fishing, hunting, golf and the occasional home improvement projects.
