Bert is a partner in Draffin Tucker’s Audit and Accounting service group where he primarily focuses on the healthcare industry. Since joining the firm in 1994, Bert has gained extensive experience in auditing not-for-profit healthcare entities, preparing Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, and various other program reimbursement projects.
As the current healthcare market changes at a rapid pace, Bert has focused on the opportunities and struggles of healthcare mergers and acquisitions. This focus includes supporting the regulatory, compliance, accounting and future reimbursement challenges that result from these transactions.
Bert is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Georgia and Florida.
He is originally from Madison, Georgia, and when not in the office, Bert enjoys the great outdoors by hunting and fishing and also serves as treasurer of his local church.
