SUMMARY
Perform a variety of project management tasks for the 340B compliance services team, including scheduling of engagements, being the liaison for data requests with clients, produce weekly and monthly reports, and create new efficiencies in operations processes, working with multidisciplinary 340B compliance services team members.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Work with various team members to target client facing tasks for optimization, including pulling in reports from common vendors for compliance analysts to evaluate, assist in creating training modules to create consistency and efficiency within standard engagements
- Perform resource management and scheduling for 340B compliance services team; create Excel workbooks for scheduling jobs; meet with team members to facilitate scheduling conversations and resolve conflicts.
- Proofreading and final detail check for all client deliverables
- Assist in implementing data analytics tools as directed by the 340B compliance services team leader
- Meet regularly with the engagement team members and practice leaders
- Establish annual goals in line with the team and firm and seek out coaching proactively.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the department and organization.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Education: Associates’ degree/certificate in business, accounting, data analytics or related field or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
Experience: Two years’ minimum of office support staff or project management experience. Previous professional services firm experience preferred.
