Everyone at the firm made me feel welcome and excited to make a difference in the healthcare industry.
Even in a remote environment, Draffin Tucker has a wide variety of resources to help me stay plugged in.
I work remote in Gray, GA, but I love visiting both of the offices and getting to mingle with everyone.

Human Resources Manager, Atlanta, GA
I was immediately drawn to the culture during the interview process.
Draffin Tucker offers a rewarding, as well as fun, place to work that not only looks after the ‘bottom-line’ but also its people. The company treats you like you are part of the family and genuinely care about your personal goals and success. You are not just a number at DT!
The company strives for a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere and provides a caring and supportive attitude to all employees.
What I like about Atlanta is that it is a city of small towns. Beyond all the big city attractions, is a number of neighborhoods with distinctively different personalities. You can have the conveniences of big city living without all of the hustle and bustle.
I have fond memories of VSU and I try to get back for homecoming as much as possible.

I chose Draffin Tucker because of the DT culture. Everyone I met during the recruiting process was friendly and professional.
I think the people at Draffin Tucker make it a great place to work. Draffin Tucker has an “open door” policy and everyone at all levels within the firm are here to help.
I was born and raised in Albany. My family and I like to visit Chehaw Park, a local zoo, and the Flint RiverQuarium, a local aquarium.
Also, I like how Albany is in a centralized location. You can drive 3 hours north to Atlanta, 3 hours Southeast to Jacksonville, FL, and 3 hours south to Panama City, FL.

Matthew Mitchell, ‘21
Associate Accountant I, Albany, GA
I chose Draffin Tucker because of the firm’s atmosphere during my interview.
I grew up in Albany so I was always familiar with the firm’s name but once I experienced the atmosphere here I felt like it would be a good fit. Albany is located in a very good location to let me explore my interests and travel to other locations. While there isn’t much to do in Albany itself it is easy to go where ever I want.

Adam Mobley, ‘19
Senior Accountant, Sylvester, GA
I chose Draffin Tucker because of the people I encountered during the recruiting process. Everyone was friendly and open to learning about me. I felt like everyone cared to learn who I was and not just about the work.
What I like most about the day-to-day at Draffin Tucker is the same – its people. Everyone takes time to get to know you and really teach you when you have questions.
I am from a small town. Albany makes me feel right at home.

The people I interviewed with were great and they made me feel so welcomed.
I love living in Atlanta because of the diversity of food, cultures and entertainment!

Sara Taylor, ‘20
Senior Accountant, Valdosta, GA
When I made the switch to accounting, I knew I wanted to continue to work with rural health systems like I had in my previous career.
Draffin Tucker allows me to continue to serve these rural communities.
I was prepared to face challenges when starting in a virtual work environment due to COVID-19. However, Draffin Tucker was more than prepared and the onboarding process was smooth. Everyone has made communication a priority and I know that my team is just a phone or video call away!
I moved to Atlanta from Valdosta, GA which is a big transition. I like living around the office in the Sandy Springs area because I can still get that “neighborhood” feel with all the excitement of the big city just minutes down the road.
