Bookkeeper

We are interested in candidates who have extensive experience with Quickbooks and Payroll. We prefer that a candidate have either a Bachelor or Associates degree in Accounting and 2-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. Additional experience requirements include:

  • Advanced Excel and Word
  • Payroll processing, including related tax deposits
  • Preparation of Forms W-2 and 1099.
  • Accounts Payable, including entering bills and processing checks
  • Accounts Receivable, including creating invoices, processing payments and recording deposits
  • Account reconciliations, including bank and credit card accounts
  • Preparation of Sales Tax Returns
  • Preparation of financial reports
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Associate’s in Accounting (Preferred)
  • Quickbooks: 2 years (Required)
  • Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
