Bookkeeper
We are interested in candidates who have extensive experience with Quickbooks and Payroll. We prefer that a candidate have either a Bachelor or Associates degree in Accounting and 2-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. Additional experience requirements include:
- Advanced Excel and Word
- Payroll processing, including related tax deposits
- Preparation of Forms W-2 and 1099.
- Accounts Payable, including entering bills and processing checks
- Accounts Receivable, including creating invoices, processing payments and recording deposits
- Account reconciliations, including bank and credit card accounts
- Preparation of Sales Tax Returns
- Preparation of financial reports
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s in Accounting (Preferred)
- Quickbooks: 2 years (Required)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
